Our Story

Desi Chura started with a simple vision - to bring the authentic taste of Bihar's traditional flattened rice to every household. What began as a small family venture in the heart of Bihar has now grown into a trusted brand known for quality and purity.

Our journey began in 2015 when we realized that the traditional methods of making chura were slowly disappearing. We decided to preserve this age-old tradition by working directly with local farmers who still follow the traditional methods of parboiling, flattening, and sun-drying the rice.
